With an Ayurveda practitioner present at the retreat, we will not only benefit from intimate workshops on Ayurveda and how to embrace its wisdom in our day-to-day lives as women, but also enjoy meals that align with the season, the climate and our constitutions. This retreat invites us to delve deeper into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and holistic healing. Amidst the island's serene landscapes and the tranquility of a private estate, we will explore Mallorca’s hidden gems, while also immersing ourselves in four intimate sessions with an Ayurveda practitioner. These teachings will guide us to align with the rhythms of the seasons, harmonizing with nature through the unique lens of our individual constitutions.
The Home
Set on a vast 1000-hectare estate near Inca, this six-bedroom finca-style villa offers a peaceful retreat with sweeping views of the Tramuntana mountains. Surrounded by woodlands and open plains, the property exudes rustic elegance with Mediterranean-inspired interiors. A long driveway leads to the villa, marked by a central well, and opens into a spacious hall with living spaces, a guest room, and kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, ensuite bedrooms, each with its own distinct palette, offer serene spaces for relaxation. Once a beloved family home, Son Seriol now invites guests to experience its charm and tranquility.

EXPERIENCES
Alongside our Ayurveda sessions, we’ll explore Mallorca’s rich landscapes and vibrant culture. We’ll visit the lively Sunday market in Pollença, hike up Es Colomer de Formentor for panoramic views, and trek from Pollença to Cala Boquer, where a beach picnic awaits by turquoise waters. A farm-to-table dining experience in the countryside will immerse us in the island’s local flavors, while free afternoons offer the chance to independently explore or simply unwind in the peaceful retreat setting.
The Retreat
This chapter of Eunoia unfolds on the breathtaking island of Mallorca, a place known for its sun-kissed beaches and endless summer skies. But in the quiet beauty of winter, when the almond trees bloom and the sun still lingers, we’ll experience its true magic. A circle of 12 women will come together, guided by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, to explore how we can nourish our bodies in harmony with the shifting seasons and our unique constitutions.
