Last Revised: March 15, 2025

Welcome to Eunoia Chapters brand owned by Otherworldly Travel LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any bookings made through Eunoia Chapters. By accessing our Eunoia Chapters website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Payment Terms & Deadlines

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be received by 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without a refund.

Minimum Participation Requirement & Retreat Cancellation Policy

Eunoia Chapters retreats are designed as intimate experiences, carefully curated for a group of 12 participants. To ensure the quality and sustainability of the retreat, a minimum of 8 participants is required for the retreat to proceed.

If the minimum number is not met by 45 days before the retreat start date, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment:

  • Participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

  • We will assist in recommending alternative retreat dates or similar experiences, where possible.

  • We are not responsible for refunding external costs, such as airfare or accommodations booked independently. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Our goal is to create an enriching and transformative experience for every guest, and we appreciate your understanding in ensuring that the retreat is viable for all involved.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to non-recoverable payments made in advance to secure accommodations, facilitators, and other retreat expenses, all payments are non-refundable, under any circumstance.

Exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal illness or injury (including a positive COVID-19 test or other health conditions)

  • Family or work emergencies

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Missed, delayed, or canceled flights, ferries, or other travel disruptions

  • Change of mind

If you are unable to attend, we are happy to assist by sharing your reserved place on our social media platforms and with participants on our waiting list. While places tend to resell when they become available, we cannot guarantee a resale or a refund.

We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency transport to protect your investment.

Force Majeure Clause (Acts Beyond Control)

We are not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, war, government actions, or any event beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a credit for a future retreat.

Assumption of Risk & Participant Responsibility

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, natural disasters, food sensitivities, and unpredictable weather conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Otherworldly Travel LLC & Eunoia Chapters Retreats shall not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses.

Medical & Health Disclaimer

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in advance. We do not provide medical advice, and participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. In case of a medical emergency, participants are responsible for their own medical expenses. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

Code of Conduct & Dismissal Policy

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the participant is responsible for all additional costs incurred.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware rather than in court. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to provide a safe and enriching retreat experience; however, we cannot be held liable for any:

  • Personal injury, illness, or medical conditions that arise during or after the retreat

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings

  • Travel disruptions or expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances

Each participant is responsible for securing personal travel and health insurance that covers medical care and emergency transport if needed. We encourage you to take appropriate precautions to safeguard your health, belongings, and overall well-being.
