Eunoia Chapters are a curated collection of intimate gatherings in stunning destinations around the world where synergy, growth, and bold conversations unfold among 12 participants, establishing an honest community of strong, resilient women.
Eunoia is Greek for "beautiful thinking”, capturing the essence of harmony and synergy while invoking a sense of empowerment and unity among women.

Eunoia Chapters was born from a place marked by Sarah’s own fears, insecurities, self-doubt, and a profound sense of isolation as a woman. Whether navigating the challenges of motherhood, the demands of a career, or simply grappling with the emotional complexities of womanhood, we all crave a sanctuary— a place where we can authentically lower our defenses and nurture our inner strength and beauty, together.

THE Circle of Womanhood
For each gathering, guests are carefully curated from a diverse group of talented, kind and inspirational women from different backgrounds. Among them are celebrated authors, brilliant interior designers, nutritionists and powerful healers, talented artists, brave journalists, tech executives, mothers dedicated to community building and family, physical therapists, busy bankers, singers, filmmakers, and corporate consultants. Beyond their professional and family roles, these are women who seek to create lasting bonds with like-spirited women in beautiful safe spaces where their stories are shared and received with love and compassion.

Eunoia fosters synergy and osmosis where each participant engages, discusses, and contributes to a nexus of ideas within femininity and female empowerment. With a loose framework promoting equal participation and a central focus, we cultivate a community of mutual support among strong, independent women, valuing everyone's contribution. Through shared trust and honesty, we harness strengths and offer support amid challenges. Every attendee will lead a 30-minute session of a topic, activity or experience of their choice.

The Unconventional RetreatRaw, Uncomfortable Honesty
We embrace differences and tensions as integral elements to the human experience. By carving out space for raw honesty and real dialogue, we create a trusting platform where women can be authentic. Through hyper-presence and engagement, and a carefully selected diverse group, the gatherings empower 12 women to navigate challenges and conflicts, transforming them into opportunities for self-discovery and growth.
Eunoia Chapters
Eunoia gatherings and experiences take place in chapters of 5 to 7 days in a different location every time, for up to 12 women, in private accommodations with many meals, transfers and experiences included.
2024 - 2025
Chapter I: Marrakech, Morocco
Stay for 4 nights in a private riad in the outskirts of Marrakech, dine on organic meals in outdoor settings, discussions in a stunning space, share work on a communal painting canvas, explore Marrakech with Sarah and and meet an inspirational woman who is changing women’s lives in Marrakech through empowerment.

Chapter II: Mallorca, Spain
This retreat is designed to encourage the women to embrace the stillness and reflective nature of contraction while fostering a supportive, intimate environment where each person’s voice is valued. Through shared meals, art, movement, and deep conversation, the group will explore the power of introspection, inner beauty, and growth through limitation, all in the serene and nurturing space of Mallorca’s countryside.

Chapter III: Sarajevo, Bosnia
Experience the strength of a country with a recently troubled past that managed to overcome the odds and shine as a beautiful diamond in the rough with its delightful capital city of Sarajevo, scattered waterfalls throughout its territory, and sacred shrines that remind travelers of the importance of inner peace amidst outer chaos.

To foster elevated thought, we synchronize our minds, bodies, and spirits. On Eunoia retreats, We abstain from alcohol, dress elegantly, and ensure our appearance reflects our internal grace, complementing our beautiful setting.

The key for an engaging and fruitful gathering is to gather a diverse group of women coming from different walks of life to bring in a variety of ideas, discussions and opinions, enriching the thought process and perspectives. To include a wide demographic of inspirational women, participants are welcome to anonymously sponsor a less privileged guest who is unable to pay for her stay at the retreat.
